RELATIONSHIP DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS GROW ON ONE SIMPLE QUESTION

How would you like to be involved?

But the ask only works if you build the relationship with the prospect first. Emberway is a distributed engagement platform that builds those relationships at scale, managing a network of engagement reps through the full cycle, from first touch to stewardship.

The problem we set out to solve

Somewhere in your organization there is more relationship work than people to do it. You need more hands, but coordinating more people will take you away from your work. You need Emberway.

Emberway makes handing off a relationship more powerful than holding it yourself.

How it works

The six stages of our engagement cycle

One relationship, carried from a name on your list to a clear resolution.

Stages 1 and 2 · List and delegate

You recruit the reps. Emberway does everything else.

List. Your contacts flow in from your CRM or an upload. Emberway scores each one for readiness to engage, using a personalized scoring system built from your data, context enrichment, and public information from the web.

Delegate. Assign prospects to engagement reps manually, or the AI matchmaker pairs them using profiles on both sides. Either way, the rep reviews and accepts the match before outreach starts.

Stages 3 and 4 · Outreach and indication

Outreach that never stalls.

Emberway tells the rep who to reach and when, nudges when things drift, and captures everything they learn. The rep's whole job is to build trust, then ask the question. Scroll to watch the first engagement unfold, then jump to the other endings.

The engagement portal

Prospects declare how they want to be involved.

Standardize the ask with customized forms your reps put in front of prospects. We build yours together at kickoff in Emberway's form builder, so every indication comes back structured: outcomes write straight to the platform, trigger your workflows, and never need tracking outside the system.

Stages 5 and 6 · Execution and stewardship

Every relationship ends one of two ways.

Either the person tells you how they want to be involved, and the rep stays on to steward the relationship. Or they return to your list with a richer record than before. Nobody falls through the cracks.

Execution. When Dana says she is interested, Emberway follows through by itself: it routes the intro, sends the form, notifies the right person, and writes the outcome to your CRM. When she shows up, her interested status becomes active.

Stewardship. The rep who built the relationship keeps it. Emberway keeps them involved with check ins on your cadence, so the relationship deepens instead of going quiet.

Stewardship check in due
Jordan stays close to Dana as the relationship grows. Emberway prompts the check ins, on the rhythm you configure.
And when someone says not now? The record returns to the list with enriched context and an adjusted score. Every touch produces an indication or a better record.
